Step One: We review your pre-inspection report. 

We partner with US Inspection Group and suggest contacting them for your pre-inspection.

Step Two: We provide an on-site visual inspection to help you better understand the Outside, Inside, and Unit category deficiencies. 

This visual inspection is free of charge. 

Step Three: We present a per-unit cost based upon the US Inspection Group pre-inspection and our visual inspection. 

Step Four: With our extensive experience in customer service, we systematically work through the Outside, Inside, and Unit deficiencies. 

Step Five: We assist on the inspection day to mitigate issues or complications.
